It's a basic "I go where I know." I know how Kroger operates from an employee standpoint, as well as a customer standpoint. I find that most Kroger brand products are usually just as good if not better than the name brands. Kroger is really involved in the community, they do a lot of good which is more than I can say for other big box retailers. They are one of the few grocery stores that still take unlimited double coupons (up to $1.00) and their really focused on their customers.
Plus unlike other stores, I don't have to worry about ECB (Extra Care Bucks), RR (Register Rewards), no published weekly ad, poor customer service, ridiculously high prices, ginormous dirty stores, etc. The list goes on. I want to shop somewhere that is straightforward, doubles my coupons and saves my family money.
So why do you shop at Kroger?
